"Pro-Active Contract Administration"

Speaker - John L. Balentine, C.P.M., CPP

Boy-Howdy!  Am I glad that #%&@ contract was finally approved by the Board! Now I can forget that nightmare and move on to other things!

How many times have we heard that (or a similar) statement? Or worse yet, have you ever said that yourself? We've all seen the results! If not a complete train wreck, then constant difficulties, disagreements, frustrations and ultimately a very unsatisfactory experience for both the users and the supplier.

You will learn show how to avoid such unsatisfactory outcomes by clearly delineating five (5) steps necessary for pro-active contract administration. You'll learn the terms to avoid when writing contracts...what pitfalls to avoid and how to avoid them. Dare we say that "Pro-Active Contract Administration" might even make your job easier in this time of ever shrinking budgets and doing more with less.
